Galveston County District Attorney Jack Roady announced bribery charges against former League City Council Member Brian Holloway, alleging he accepted $85,000 in payments from a developer in exchange for his vote to approve a controversial mixed-use development on Clear Creek. Holloway turned himself in Wednesday and was released on $150,000 bond.
