Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg announced the indictment of 11 individuals in a $32 million Medicaid fraud scheme that used a network of fictitious home health agencies to bill for services never provided to elderly and disabled patients. The scheme operated for four years across northwest Houston. Three of the defendants are licensed healthcare professionals facing additional charges of patient endangerment.
